Before the administrator sets up the system for commenting, he must determine the access policies for the user groups and the restricted areas on the website. Furthermore he can prevent or hide user commenting on a particular content and even edit the default commenting form. Note: The administrator also has the right to edit and delete all comments. This is a default value that may be overridden.
